Why this series
A 20-hour course, narrowed to what practitioners actually use.
Since 2020, more than 100 professionals across wellness, mental health, and organizational development have trained in the OWLS Resilience & Thriving Coaching Model — the evidence-based approach now refined into Thriving-Informed Practice.
Demand for a shorter format kept coming from the same place: practitioners who wanted the tools without clearing twenty hours. So we pulled the three that graduates return to most and built a series around them.
You leave with the worksheets, the framing to introduce them, and a practice you can assign between sessions.
The tools
Each one is a worksheet, a practice, and a way to bring it into a session.
Daily Resilience Review
Purpose
Build awareness of how time is experienced and used, and turn stress into a resource for thriving.
Practice
Reflect daily on moments of strength, presence, and challenge.
In session
Structured journaling and guided prompts that surface patterns and pivot points in time perception.
Empowered Health Consciousness
Purpose
Sharpen self-awareness and emotional regulation by naming and transforming reactive patterns.
Practice
Map personal triggers and trace their physiological and psychological roots.
In session
Mindfulness, compassion, and cognitive-behavioral strategies that move a client from reaction to response.
Job Crafting
Purpose
Align work tasks and surroundings with personal strengths and values.
Practice
Assess a current role and redesign the parts of it that shape meaning, engagement, and well-being.
In session
A worksheet that opens up task, relational, and cognitive crafting opportunities.
What the research shows
Having the tools is what moved the numbers.
-
01Pre-to-post scores show increased knowledge of the research behind thriving.
-
02Participants gained in presence and in their ability to help clients with stress.
-
03Access to the tools themselves was a significant driver of both increases.
